Scope of Work:

To upgrade the existing conference room with a state-of-the-art video conferencing system, interactive whiteboard solution, and complete AV integration, providing users with a seamless “plug and play” meeting experience.

The Challenges:

The client required a modern and user-friendly system that could:

• Simplify meeting operations with minimal manual configuration.

• Support high-quality video conferencing with intelligent camera tracking.

• Allow real-time digital collaboration and content sharing.

• Ensure reliable signal distribution between multiple input and output devices.

• Be scalable and standardized for deployment in other regional offices.

The Solutions:

Votigo Systems provided a complete AV and video conferencing upgrade designed for efficiency and reliability:

• Installed a 98″ HORION Interactive Whiteboard (98M6APRO) featuring 4K resolution and advanced multi-touch capability. This allows participants to share, annotate, and save meeting notes digitally.

• Integrated AVER Video Conferencing Systems, including the CAM550 camera and FONE700 speakerphones mounted discreetly above the ceiling. The system’s auto-tracking feature ensures that the camera intelligently focuses on the active speaker — and automatically adjusts to a wider shot when multiple participants are speaking.

• Implemented AV signal routing and distribution using ATEN matrix switchers and splitters, ensuring that all input sources are detected automatically and distributed to monitors on the conference table without the need for manual switching.

• Expanded the same solution to four regional offices — Kelantan, Terengganu, Kuantan, and Johor Bahru — each equipped with an 86″ HORION Interactive Whiteboard (86M6APRO) and AVER FONE540 speakerphones with expansion microphones for clear, room-wide audio pickup.
