Latest video conferencing systems and interactive whiteboard solutions for meeting room

We recently assisted a government agency in Putrajaya to upgrade the existing conference room with state of art video conferencing systems, interactive whiteboard solutions and comprehensive AV integration. User can just plug and play to start any meeting with ease. Our solutions include:

1. 98″ Interactive whiteboard from HORION (98M6APRO). This is the latest 4K model with advanced touch screen feature. Now they can share meeting notes digitally
2. AVER video conferencing (VC) systems (FONE 700) and (CAM550) that allow audio tracking to work seamlessly. We installed 2 speakerphones above the ceiling and configured the CAM550 camera to work in such a way that during meeting, the camera will focus automatically to the speaker if he is talking in the meeting and if multiple people are talking at the same time, the camera will zoom out to focus on the group of people.
3. AV integration using matrix switch and splitter from ATEN to ensure all signals are capture and distributed to all monitors on the table when external PC are connected. All switching are detected automatically to avoid any human intervention that could disturb the configurations

After completing the Putrajaya office, we quickly proceed to setup 86″ Interactive whiteboard from HORION (86M6APRO) and AVER speakerphone series (FONE540 + expansion MIC) in conference room for 4 regional offices covering Kelantan, Terengganu, Kuantan and Johor Bahru)

The client is very satisfied with overall upgrade and usage of the equipment as it allows them to improve meeting efficiency and productivity.
