Scope of Work:

Installation of PTZ camera and audio system for Townhall space

We completed a project for Haleon PJ at Plaza 33 during mid-May, where the objective was to upgrade their townhall area to support better communication for internal meetings, company presentations and events.

The Challenges:

• Required a reliable video and audio setup for Townhall.
• Needed clear video coverage for both in-person and hybrid meetings
• System had to be stable for frequent use during corporate sessions
• Need able to integrate with their internal network requirement 

The Solutions:

• Installed a Cisco PTZ camera to provide smooth and flexible video coverage of the room
• Integrated a Q-SYS audio system to ensure clear and consistent sound throughout the space
• Configured the system for stable use during presentations, meetings, and hybrid sessions

Results:

• Clear video coverage that captures the entire townhall space effectively
• Improved audio clarity for both in-room and remote participants
• More reliable setup for regular corporate meetings and events
