Schindler is a global leader in elevator and escalator solutions. The Video wall is used to improve the efficiency of the call center via a real-time dashboard such as response rate and incoming calls for speedy onsite support.
The Challenges
The call centre video wall need to fulfill the following requirements:
- 1 workstation to power up 6 video wall displays
- Display web-based dashboards such as inbound and outbound calls, # of case solved, locations etc
- Systems must be able to operate 24/7, 365 days to monitor elevator systems in Malaysia and dispatch technician to site immediately during breakdown
- The solutions MUST comply with Schindler extremely high network security protocols.
The Solutions
The MAWI Spacewall video wall solution can meet the requirement.
There are 6 MAWI players at each video wall display that connect to 1 MAWI workstation.
Content is distributed via a web-based interface with just drag and drop.
