Scope of Work:

To install high-quality LED display systems at Isetan’s main entrance and channel promotion counter, creating impactful visual displays that enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.

The Challenges:

Isetan required a digital signage solution that could:

• Seamlessly integrate into the store’s modern retail design without bulky frames or edges.

• Deliver high-brightness visuals suitable for a shopping mall environment.

• Provide a flexible, easy-to-manage content system for their marketing team.

• Support remote updates to ensure real-time promotional changes without the need for on-site adjustments.

The Solutions:

We supplied and installed two LED display systems — one horizontal and one vertical — strategically positioned at Isetan’s main entrance and promotion counter.

• The LED panels were designed to blend perfectly into the wall, creating a frameless, seamless look that enhances visual appeal and maximizes display space.

• Each display is powered by an IAdea digital signage player, providing smooth and reliable playback for promotional videos and advertising content.

• To simplify content management, we integrated the Zeetaminds cloud-based digital signage platform, enabling the Isetan team to upload, schedule, and update content remotely via the internet.

• The system offers real-time synchronization, ensuring timely updates for seasonal campaigns and brand messages.

Results:

The new LED displays have significantly improved Isetan KLCC’s in-store visual presence and marketing efficiency.
